Terms & Conditions
- The above price quoted is including Supply, Installation & commissioning of solar power plant at site.
- Civil work done by customer.
- The prices are inclusive of all Taxes as shown.
- While erection/installation, if any changes required to ensure safety of system & your property, the cost of same will be charged extra at actual.
- During erection/installation, all efforts will be made not to cause any damage to property, but even after due care If there are any roof leakages, damages or bend occurred during installation, we will not be responsible for the same. The liability & cost of the same will be on customer account only.
- We are providing our standard system, considering output cable Max. 30 Mtrs. However, if any changes suggested by testing engineer will charged extra at actual.
- We will execute the system as per the drawing which is approved by the customer only.
- AMC will be extra and proper AMC contract shall be signed separately.
- Capital item may change as per actual design/ supply / market availability etc.
- Delivery: 2 - 3 weeks from ready stock after receipt of payment along with purchase order.
- Validity: 20 days from the date of quotation.
- Subject to Force Majeure Clause.
- After confirmed order if site is found not suitable for installation, We reserves the right to install the system or to refuse the order.
